Allinnov is committed to ensure that all our services meet the utmost customer satisfaction; in the event of a disappointments or change in mind after your payment, please read through our refund policy to check if and how much you can claim as a refund from us.

Upon proceeding with a payment, you agree to the following refund policy of our Company. No claims of unawareness or misinformation shall be entertained.

A maximum refund of 30% for Indian Intellectual Property Services and 20% for all Intellectual Property Services other-than Indian ones out of the total fee shall be claimed at anytime before filing / attending to a respective application; no claims for refunds shall be entertained after filing or after commencement of work for any respective application's activities.
For all training services – For Individuals: On Webinars — The fee paid for any webinar is non-refundable irrespective of whether or not the same has been attended. On Trainings: A 100% refund shall be claimed until the start of the first session post the webinar's completion. No refund claims shall be entertained or issued post the start of the first training session for any respective batch. For Institutions: No refund claims shall be entertained after 48 hours before the first session begins.
The Company may revise this refund policy at any time without any intimation to you and the same upon update will be available in the same website under the link "Refund Policy". In-case of any discrepancies or disagreements with the changes made in our refund policy you are advised to kindly avoid the services of our website, your continuous use after updating the policy shows your agreement and acknowledgment to acceptance of the changes made and you will be bound to the same. It is your effort to regularly check the same and remain updated with the changes.
Upon approval, the maximum timeline for processing the same back to a customer's account shall be 10-15 working days.
